1. Field Assistant Manager: Helps overall functioning of the airsoft field, managing staff, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and handling customer relations. Plans and organizes events and birthday parties, to enhance the overall experience for players and attract new participants to the field.
2. Referee: Responsible for enforcing rules, maintaining fair play, resolving disputes, and ensuring player safety during airsoft games. Must be able to multitask, have good communicative skills, lift 20 pounds, and take hits from airsoft BBs. Operates the chronograph station to measure the velocity of airsoft guns, ensuring compliance with field-specific FPS (feet per second) limits for safety purposes
3. Rental Technician: Handles the maintenance and repair of rental equipment, ensuring that all rental guns are in proper working condition and ready for use by players. Operates the chronograph station to measure the velocity of airsoft guns, ensuring compliance with field-specific FPS (feet per second) limits for safety purposes
4. Admission / Customer Service Representative: Handles customer inquiries, ticket sales, and waivers and assists players with any concerns or issues they may have during admission.

**All positions require you to support various operational tasks, such as field setup and cleanup, equipment organization, and general maintenance, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the airsoft arena. Must be willing to work on the weekends.
